Hi!

My name is Adam Willis. I run Heliarch, an Amsterdam, Netherlands based niche Consulting Company focused on helping companies in the Wound Care space sell their products into Clinical Studies. Our focus is in the clinical technology space and we are growing quickly. Our products have a big demand, but they are highly technical and there is a very specific customer type. As such it is a challenging but lucrative field for the right people.

To bring efficiency into this business I’m looking to hire someone to help me so we can scale. Specifically I need someone to assist me with:

Researching potential target customers using our Target Customer Guide . You will find and generate leads lists using a variety of tools like LinkedIn, Marketing Drip Campaigns, Research tools and niche websites, and more.
Conducting initial outbound contacts to customers and setting up email marketing campaigns using tools like ToutAPP, Mailchimp, and YAMM.
Keeping a CRM up to date and keeping tabs of all open opportunities
Handle invoicing and expense reporting for my expenses
Creating standard operating procedures for repeating tasks to streamline our business
Researching and booking travel options for Executive and Personal Travel
… and more

What you'll be doing will be extremely important to me.

Because you'll be helping with key tasks that will help free up my time so we can manage our massive growth!

Currently I’m the bottleneck in my business. Not good! But that’s where you come in…

If selected for the role, you going to help me seek out potential opportunities and organize everything administrative so I can focus on closing deals. Basically, you will be a key player in us achieving a huge milestone.

Here are a few questions for you to determine if you’d be a good fit for our organization:

Are you an extremely detail oriented person?
Are you an expert researcher, someone who loves to dig deep and get answers?
Are you so organized that you help keep others around you organized?
Do you charge ahead through obstacles so you can reach your goals?
Are you comfortable with tech (ok with learning how to use apps like slack, trello, asana, or basecamp)?
Are you upbeat, positive, hard working, and dedicated?

You need to answer yes to all these questions to realistically be a good fit for this position.

This is not the time to fake it until you make it…we are going to push hard and continue to push as the business grows.

This is an initial part time role with the opportunity for a full time position with the company. If things go well this will be a stable long term role.

About me:

You'll be working for someone who is nice, who cares about his employees, and someone who will support you.

He also has very high standards. He expects employees to be excellent and push toward the goals. He holds others (and himself) accountable and requires employees to prioritize competing demands so that they focus on the most important outcome of any given day.

You will be rewarded for excellent performance because he respects excellence. It is not a common trait.
