Professional designer / illustrator for shirt and clothing graphic work

We are looking for motivated and talented fulltime clothing / shirt designer for illustration jobs.

Requirements:
- copycatting is an absolute no go and not accepted at all. Copycats will be fired immediately without any notification. If you follow that basic rule, you can work fulltime for our team in the long run.
- use your skills and provide illustrations without use of external content, vectors, graphics, etc. No use of external graphic elements of “commercial free websites” accepted
- you got your own set and rights to use the fonts in your graphics
- fulfill design jobs in time, be a reliable partner
- availability > 30h per week, ideally fulltime or as a freelancer
- experience with clothing designs
- Adobe, Illustrator skills
- excellent English skills in written and verbal form
- major understanding about trademarks and copyright infringement. Take care that designs don’t violate any trademark e.g. starwars is nice but unfortunately a no go.
- provide extraordinary graphic designs, as most of the design jobs are based on pure graphics. Ideally you got also typography skills
- develop own designs based on our instructions or based on other samples
- all Designs, PNGs, vector files will be transferred to our share drive and belong to us.
- All rights will be transferred to us. Designs are not eligible to sell to other customers or to use for marketing purpose or as show up samples
- we pay via Paypal. You should be able to provide Paypal invoices
