Real Estate Cold Calling

Property Sisterz is a real estate investment firm. We are looking to hire a real estate cold caller to join our team.

Do you love sales? Do you love the thrill of a successful sales call? We are looking for someone with previous experience in outbound sales who wants to make a great income, is highly driven and self-motivated to join The Property Sisterz Team!


• Cold calling for 5 hours minimum per day
• Setting listing appointments for salespeople
• Pre-qualifying potential sellers for listing appointments
• Make 10+ new contacts per day
• Aggressive follow up in the lead pipeline
• Follow scripts to deliver...



Requirements:
Placing outbound calls using our scripts and warm in-house generated leads
1-year sales experience
Real Estate knowledge and experience is a plus but not necessary
Ability to handle heavy call volume (cold calls)
Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
Excellent communication, professional relationship building, and negotiation skills
Be Coachable and Willing to learn
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required
Strong work ethic and dedication
No license required
