We're Hiring: Social Media & Content Virtual Assistant
Remote | Full-Time (Potential Start as Part-Time)
Mortgage + Real Estate Industry Focus

Are you a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant with a passion for social media and content creation? Our growing mortgage team is looking for YOU to help elevate our online presence across all major platforms!

What You’ll Do:
- Manage and optimize our social media profiles (FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter)
- Create, schedule, and track posts using GHL, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar tools
- Design eye-catching graphics aligned with our brand guidelines and messaging
- Track engagement, create weekly reports, and recommend improvements
- Repurpose content for various formats (reels, carousels, stories, shorts, etc.)
- Collaborate on new marketing ideas and help bring them to life

Tools & Skills We Love:

- Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator

- Facebook Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager

- Sprout, Hootsuite, or SocialPilot

Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Organized with excellent time management

Bonus: Experience with video editing or repurposing tools like CapCut, OpusClip, or Descript

- You have a great design eye and can match our brand aesthetic
- You’re reliable, resourceful, and love to bring new ideas to the table
