Super Awesome Company Needs an additional Product Developer [ReactNative/ReactJS] - Remote

JOB OVERVIEW
USA tech company looking to add an additional remote Product Developer in the PH. Both Part-time and Full-time candidates could work but would prefer full time. We will pay $5-$10 per hour depending on your experience with TONS of growth potential plus paid time off and 13th month etc. Our current employees in the PH LOVE us and we actually were just there to visit them last month with plans of bringing them to the USA in 2019. PRODUCTS
MVP Mailhouse’s flagship product is direct mail marketing with unexpectedly advanced technology. We track all the phone calls and new customer conversations we generate for our customers and help them use that data to increase performance.

MVP Mailhouse is in the process of developing a new native mobile and web-based application to make our customer experience more streamlined than ever from ordering, strategy, and reporting. In addition, we have patent-pending mapping, design, and tracking solutions. In addition, we will launch online marketing products in coming months etc.

TEAM: USER EXPERIENCE
Our development team uses kanban and Scrum methodologies to manage our workflow. The mobile application and web application front ends are built using React and React Native.

The focus of the User Experience team is building cross-device compatible user interfaces that communicate effectively and make action painless and instinctual. In addition to hard skills around dynamic interfaces like the latest JavaScript and CSS frameworks, the User Experience team must be up-to-date on psychological and neuroscience research about how and why users interact. Beauty and simplicity are two of our top priorities when it comes to user experience.

Our front end applications interact with a REST API back end built on node.js and Salesforce making persistence layers an easy integration to any platform.

POSITION: PRODUCT DEVELOPER [REACT NATIVE/REACTJS]
The UX Developer is for experienced developers who live for developing mission-critical interfaces and systems using cutting-edge technologies. If you’re always reading up on the latest frameworks and tools, and trying them out on your own, this is the right position for you.

Our UX Developers must be able to build experiences that result in appropriate actions, ranging from optimization of internal processes to cross-device compatible analytics reporting interfaces. Our Full Stack Developers think in terms of actions and business purposes and then develop the technology to achieve bottom-line results.

The UX Developers must adhere to best practices at all levels including workflow management, source control management, coding standards, fast loading interfaces, and everything else that you already know comes with the territory.
