This job has a little bit of everything. The right applicant will be a fast learner, not afraid to take charge of a situation, and someone who can work quickly and efficiently on the various tasks required for this job. You will have specific roles to handle on a daily/weekly basis, but in general your role will be to handle the accounting, social media marketing and daily operations of our warehousing/shipping operations.
Specific tasks include:
- Creating and sending invoices
- Enter bills into our accounting software
- Submitting orders for shipment to our warehouse
- Creating purchase orders for supplies
- Arrange freight trucks for our inbound and outbound shipments
- Make posts on our Instagram page
- Manage and hire our freelancers
- Conduct research on new projects
- Various other administrative tasks as needed
- General website maintenance (Wordpress skills are encouraged)
You will be expected to work 30-40 hours per week. After you get comfortable with the job, more responsibilities will be added and it will become a full time job.
Must be an excellent English speaker. This role will require a small amount of interaction with English speakers in the United States.
Work hours are determined based on how much works needs to be done. You will need to be available from 19:00-21:00 local time to work and coordinate with me.
