Website/Landing Page Design & HTML/CSS

Hi,
I have a few web sites I need designed in different verticals. I'll post the details for the first one here. If all goes well this can turn into a steady monthly work. When submitting quotes, please submit both for this one site and how much it would be if we were to hire you monthly.

* You'll start work on the home page mockup.
* Once we all agree, move on to the other pages of the site.
* We also need the HTML conversion of all the pages you design, so please make sure that is included in the quote.
* Please also specify in what file formats you will provide draft and final files
* We need the site to be optimized both for desktop and mobile, please make sure to include that
