We provide training, checklists, scripts, lead sources, CRM, and fulfillment.
Your job would be to call Hotels & Resorts that are offering discounted rates on any one of several websites. You will speak with their marketing department about us helping them to fill their rooms by getting them setup with deal sites like Groupon, LivingSocial, GoogleOffers, AmazonLocal, DealChicken, JetSetter, Zozi, SniqueAway. We have no up-front cost to them at all. We are paid 10% of the revenue that we generate for them & in almost all cases we have another company pay our fee, so our services are truly free to the client.
You earn 10% of the fee we charge...so on a typical deal you make 1% of gross sales as commission. NOTE: There are
Let's say a hotel runs a deal for $200 & sells 200 of them (a pretty average deal). Then the deal would gross $40,000 & you get a check for $400.
When a hotel has success with a deal, they often run the deal 10-15 times per year. So, let's say they run it 1x per month. Then you would get paid your 1% or, in this example $400, every month that that client runs a deal.
Get 2 clients that are running monthly deals, now you're making $800 a month.
Get 4 clients over the course of a month (just 1 per week) and you would make $1600 for the month.
Obviously if you got just 2 new clients per month, at the end of a year, you'd have 24 clients. I'll let you do the math on what your check would be for the month.
As long as you're working with us & your client is running deals, you will get a check with every deal they run.
So, your job would be to use the lead sources we provide & the script that we provide. You'd make calls, see if there's an interest, if there's an interest, set a follow-up call for a more formal 15 minute presentation. Do some research on deals that have run that would be similar to what might work for them (we teach you how...takes about 15 minutes), do their follow-up call & use the powerpoint that we provide to sell them. Send them our contract, collect the info that we need to put their deal together. Then we process the deal, handle the negotiations with the deal sites & get the deals approved & scheduled. We also setup their their online lead capture pages & email system. We also help to put together their sales funnel. You run through a checklist to make sure your client is ready in time for the day the deal will run. You follow up with your client while the deal is running & after the deal is completed. We evaluate what could have been done to make the deal more profitable for the client consult with them on this & you get them scheduled for the next deal, where we all repeat the process. After running a few deals this will be super easy for you. Also, once a client runs a few deals, they will fully understand the process we teach them to follow & your job becomes even easier.
The ideal candidate must have a reliable high speed internet connection & a means of doing outbound calls from your computer (like Skype or MagicJack or just a free softphone like EyeBeam that we can connect to our web-based CRM for calls through our system). You will need a good quality noise-cancelling headset & a quiet space to make calls from, as you will be talking to professionals. You will need to work during business hours of the countries that you will be calling to. If you are calling on US hotels, then US time. If you're calling on hotels in Europe or Jamaica or Hawaii or Costa Rica, or wherever else, then of course you'll need to set your work hours accordingly. It may take a week or 2 to get your first deal. And many deal sites take a few weeks to take a deal live. Then, the deal sites typically pay a % of the money in a couple weeks & the rest over a period of weeks. So, it could take a couple months to get your first check. But, once the checks start coming in, they will be consistent and they can be for quite a lot of money.
You will have access to all reporting directly, so will be able to track every deal & know how much you will make & when payment will arrive. In fact, you'll be sending notification to the client of when their checks will arrive.
This job will require a person who sounds professional on the phone. You must not have a strong accent & must speak with proper grammar.
Again, we provide email templates, phone scripts, checklists, etc. Everything that you will need.
For the right person, this "job" will make you a lot of money. This is not just a job, this is a career. You will manage your own time & be paid for results. Treat it like your own business & you can make more money that you ever thought possible.
