Hostly is a Chicago-based start up company specializing in Airbnb Property Management.
As the founder of a small business / start up company, there are many tasks that I need to hand-off to someone else and be able to execute them accordingly.
You can help me grow this company into a large company.
I need an assistant that is a "Jack of all trades".
My main pain points are the following:
- Guest Communication/Checking guests in dealing with issues
- Updating the listing/pricing etc
- Coordinate cleaning ladies / dealing with cleaning ladies issues
- Help payroll for cleaning Ladies
- Do cold calls to potential clients
- Organize calendar
My requirements are:
- Must have great communication / customer service skills in dealing with my Airbnb guests
- Must have up-to-date and reliable technology (phone, laptop, etc)
- Must be able to respond to Airbnb requests throughout the entire day/night
- Must have above average skills in MS Office / G Suite
I need someone that is excited to be part of a start-up team and be able to contribute to the company's growth. I need someone who has a passion to help customers in a level that will result to a great customer experience.
