STRONG COLD CALLING CLOSER/TELEMARKETER

Busy Real estate agent needs an EXPERIENCED, SMART cold caller to make calls to homeowners to inquire about selling homes. There will be different types of leads such as Vacant, Probate and General prospecting therefore will need different approaches. The applicant must be FLUENT in English and have nice phone voice. The applicant must have experience using VOIP/CRM to manage calls daily and take notes and follow-up. Applicant must be able to followscript but make adjustments when the situation calls for it. Making notes from calls and keeping track of follow-up calls Very important, I need a closer and all appointments will be verified. So no bogus appointments. The goal being an appointment for me meeting the seller or sending a listing agreement to seller to sign prior to meeting. Please send me your resume, references and Include pay requirements.
