JOB OVERVIEW

We are a title company/law firm seeking a full-time employee with accounting skills. Duties will include keeping the books on five companies and preparing documentation for real estate closings. This job also requires interacting with U.S.-based clients via phone and email for the purpose of gathering information to complete various tasks. This job will require working U.S. business hours (the graveyard shift) due to the quick turnaround times demanded in this industry. Other administrative tasks will be required as well as special projects from time to time.

The following skills are required:
- Excellent English skills, spoken and written
- Familiarity with Quickbooks Pro Desktop
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles

The following skills are desired but not required:
- Familiarity with U.S. real estate law and the law of real estate titles
- Knowledge of how to create fillable forms in MS Word and Adobe Acrobat

We expect that you’ll only hold one job and not work for anyone else. This is a long-term, permanent position, and we are interested in developing employees for long-term success so that they can grow with the firm. The position will include time off for holidays and 13th month pay.
