All Round VA, SEO, Social Media Management, Customer Support, Content Editor

We are looking at hiring a VA to help with the runnings of our online business, a few of the tasks that we will be requiring you to undertake are the following:

-Creating videos for our social media accounts, editing all photos together or several different videos incorporated together/ adding text to recorded videos

-Management of facebook page/ facebook groups, scheduling of content/ posting and following up with engagement in group

-FB ads for our business page, being able to target the correct audience

-Possibly setting up a Pinterest account for our business

-Instagram management, including us teaching you the following/ unfollowing approach we use to gain followers, along with engaging with others posts in our niche

-SEO for our website, possibly helping us set up our website (currently using the Builderall program builder, not expect to know however must be willing to learn)

-Customer service, helping us navigate and build relationships with people through our social media, being able to connect with people on a personal level and willing to be as friendly as possible in the situation

-General organisation and day to day activities, of helping us run our business

You must be able to speak english fluently, along with being able to write well especially through SM platforms. We are not necessarily looking for someone with tonnes of experience, as long as you are willing to learn and will take all our instructions on board. At this stage looking for someone to do approximately 10 hours a week, 2 hour days can be flexible as well and for the right person these hours may increase as we are heading overseas later in the year and will need a full time VA looking after our accounts.
