Looking for someone that has high energy, flexibility, and great customer service skills. Need to speak, read, and write good English as a full time Project Manager and Virtual Assistant for a growing Ecom Worldwide company focused on Amazon and Dropshipping.
Tasks Include, handling all Customer Service requests, reading all reviews and feedback posted to our seller accounts online and on amazon and responding directly to customers with a solution. Doing product research using Alibaba and google. Contacting Suppliers via
JOB SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Project Management and/or Program Management Experience in a previous job
* Excel, Word, Office, Google Docs,
* Typing 35+ WPM
* Able to hold a conversation via Phone in English,

* Able to work Flexible hours with daily Start time between 4-6 AM or 12 AM - 4 AM to cross USA Working hours.
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED but not REQUIRED:
* Previous Experience Managing Employees
* Trello, Asana Project or Basecamp Project Management Software
* Amazon Seller Account Experience
* Dropshipping Experience
* Shopify Experience
* Photoshop/Graphic work in past is helpful but not required
* Chinese Language Skills a Bonus
JOB EXPERIENCE AND SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years in customer service working with or for USA or UK Companies
* Ability to work well under pressure and with little guidance
* Able to work Flexible hours with daily Start time between 4-6 AM to cross USA Working hours.
* Good English reading and writing skills
* Some Technical Background is helpful
* Must Have own paypal account as we prefer to pay via paypal
