I hope you are having a great day. I need your help. I would like to hire a part-time Virtual Assistant who can do cold calling for my company swiftcashforhomes. We are a wholesaling company located in Southern California and I am looking to expand our lead generation platform. What I am looking for is someone who is a fast learner and who I can quickly train to use our CRM software and fill out webforms, and use an autodialer to sift through a list that we have collected. I'd love to set up an interview after you have read through a script that I will provide during first contact. You will call the number, read the script as if you were actually calling a homeowner. This part is small, but very crucial to determine your eligibility to work with our company, so please do give us your best performance.

The position is part-time however the right employee may earn a full-time position.
