Virtual assistant

I need a full time virtual assistant to help me manage and grow my online drop shipping business through amazon to eBay.

Must have excellent english writing skills, and to be able to repsond to customers with full customer service satisfaction.
-The job will be responding to all customer queries.
-Processing refunds and returns
-Resolving failed orders
-product research
-Product listing

Must be willing to learn new systems (we will provide training for this).
Experience in E-commerce/drop shipping is preferable.

We may ask for other management tasks to be resolved but they will be associated with E-commerce.
