Position - Customer Service Administrator

Are you ready to join us? We are recognized as the leading wellness facility based in Australia with hundreds of members who we share a close and personal relationship with. We now need to hire an additional VA to our team to take our service to new heights!
This role is for someone who is seeking full-time long-term employment and is looking to put their administrative and excellent customer service skills to use. You will function as a key online customer admin role assisting with client enquiries, whilst also completing a broad range of tasks including data entry, report consolidation, and much more.
Attributes:
- Reliable– doesn’t need to be reminded or checked on to complete re-occurring tasks whether they are daily, weekly, monthly or otherwise
- Excellent written grammar
- Skilled at sculpting
- Data Entry attention to detail – doesn’t make mistakes
- Organised – Must be able to monitor and keep track of everything ensuring tasks are not forgotten
Technical Skills & Software:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Keynote preferable but otherwise Power Point

Full time work:
- 5 days per week – Monday to Friday
- 9am-5pm Philippine time
Note in addition to this a few reports are required before 10am Monday (Melbourne time) so you will need to have this completed either Sun evening or early Monday
REMUNERATION:
3 Month Probation
For your first 3 months you will be on probation with a review done at the end of this period. During probation you will be paid P14,000 per month, to be paid at the end of each month via your submission in PayPal.
After Probation
Your salary will be adjusted to P15,000.
