Inside Sales Agent (ISA)

We are a Real Estate company that specializes in working with First Time Home Buyers! We're hiring a Real Estate inside sales agent to grow our sales team. The goal of this role is to create more appointment opportunities for our in-house real estate agents through phone calling efforts. The team will be provided with targeted prospects, who are in the market to buy or sell a home.
This position offers commissions with unlimited income potential and is highly incentivized based on the performance of your team. Also, this is an open entry position for a career to be a real estate agent.

This position is part time or full time

RESPONSIBILITIES
Make phone calls to warm and cold prospects and set appointments
Responsible for daily reporting of metrics to the Executive Team
Set daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly goals within team members and help them achieve their set goals
Participate in sales meetings
Sit in on appointments, if needed


REQUIREMENTS

Real Estate Experience PREFERRED but not needed
Basic knowledge of real estate home buying or eager to learn
Basic knowledge of CRM database and be able to input data
Microsoft Excel knowledge
