Website Developer - Preferably WordPress

I am looking for someone who can:

Develop a price comparison website. It must display the prices quoted by several retailers all at once, so the customer can choose what price to pay and from whom, together with useful editorial and reader reviews.

How would you do this? What plug-ins would you use?

In other words, can you do this and how do you know you can do this and why do you know that.

How long would it take you?

I have tried several people who say they can do it, but can't.

You need to be able to do the job, not think you might have a go!

I'm affiliate marketing and wanting to populate my websites with other peoples products, reviews, etc. I will be driving traffic to my website thro' a combination of on & off site SEO & PPC.

It would be helpful if when a customer finds the website the website detects whether they are in US or UK say and offers them the Amazon.com or Amazon.co.uk links.

The websites thus need to display, products we can find from other retailers websites (assuming I'm affiliated to them) and display all the prices where a product is stocked by more than one retailer so the customer can choose where to buy from. Reviews can come from anywhere and preferable not just Amazon customer reviews.

Orders are fulfilled by the retailer, not me.

Of course in the above, persons viewing from the US would need a US fronted website with US based suppliers, etc and persons in the UK would need UK based.

The copy for websites may come partly from me and partly by being pulled in from other websites that have reviewed the products.

I want as much of this copy being automated as possible.

You must have very good spoken English and good written English skills. The English is important as I don't speak any other languages and I need to be able to discuss what I want, refine the requirements and then get it delivered without misunderstandings.

I want the ability to Skype chat so having access to a working headset & microphone is needed. I don't care if you borrow one to start with.

At this stage I don't whether I need full or part time, so am prepared to consider either.
