T-Shirt Designer (10 Test Designs for 15 $)

Hello, we as a company from Germany are currently looking for a T-Shirt Designer.
As it is our first job listing we want to start easy with 10 designs as a test. We will pay you 15 $ for that. It has to be very colorful and creative. The topics will be "summer, love, freedom and diversity". But if you have other interesting ideas or best designs than you can show them to us as well.

Questions that you have to answer:
What is your favorite topic/kind of design ?
For how long have you been designing shirts ?
What designs are you most talented in ?
Would you be able to work longterm with us ?
