Client Success Project Manager

Full -time Project Manager to work with our clients, sales, production and technical teams. We need an outgoing, stickler-for- details project management pro who can lead the charge on our client programs – from kick-off to completion – and keep the many pieces moving efficiently and effectively so we can continue to delight our clients!

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Launching all client programs with our production and technical teams; serve as a liaison with
Account Managers to ensure all client requirements are captured accurately and each client program is fulfilled on time and with accuracy.
• Collaborate/communicate with other departments to ensure campaign’s order fulfillment.
• Month-end audit to all delivered leads


Requirements:

• 5 years client services experience in the media, advertising or lead generation business.
• Excellent communication, project management and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor.
• Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment and relish the many details that come and go on a
daily basis; must be comfortable with quickly changing directions and quick turnarounds
