DEPENDABLE Virtual Assitant

I'm looking for a DEPENDABLE virtual assistant.

I'd have you do simple tasks, nothing too hard.

Tasks may include uploading excel files into a program.

Emailing out prospects on a daily basis (I'd do a training on how to do it)
Making a phone call at a certain time, etc.

You must speak English fluently,
You must be a hard worker, fast worker, dependable, honest, and a good learner. You would have to work during U.S. business hours.

This will not be a full time gig, but maybe between 2-12 hours per week.
