We are a independent insurance agency that services senior Medicare health insurance in 14 different states. Your job will be simple. You will wake up every morning get on my dialer I provide to you and start cold calling prospects to see if they have existing health insurance and what they are paying for it. If they qualify in my demographics, you will refer them to me and I will try to help these people lower there premium on there health insurance. That's it! We together are doing a great thing for seniors over here by helping them literally put money back in there pockets. I am looking to fill part time and full time spots. Here is how the pay works. This job will pay $3 an hour ( 155.94 Peso) , I also have a bonus incentive that will pay you $15 dollars ( 779.71 Ppeso) for every lead you give me that turns into a sale. Over time I do give out a pay raise based on your preformance as well. I will be providing all the training which should take about a week, and after that you should be set to go. I currently have a team of 5 hard working home base employees that are all from the Philippines.
