Job Title: Executive Assistant

Salary: $350/month

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with 3+ years providing support for and working one on one with a digital entrepreneur. You will need to act proactively, complete urgent tasks, work on sensitive deadlines with minimal guidance or supervision.

Details of the Responsibilities and Tasks

Admin experience
Manage calendars (Google cal, iCal, etc)
Manage multiple email inboxes (Google, Zoho Desk, ZenDesk)
Online Research
File organization & data entry (Google Docs, Zoho CRM, Ontraport, etc)
Task management (Asana, Basecamp, Trello, etc)

Calendar management
Maintain and organize calendar software with upcoming online appointments, in-person meetings, and events.
Manage scheduling software for client and provide reminders to upcoming events and activities



Logistics
Organize transportation activities and make travel arrangements ( Activities may include Business and/or Personal/family activities)
Give recommendations for hotels, Airbnb, restaurants, bars and other accommodations that fit client’s preferences and location


Email
Management
Filtering and Sorting emails
Responding immediately to messages that can be answered very briefly
Prioritizing important emails to bring to client’s attention





Skills and Experience Required

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs or LibreOffice
Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Experience in web research
Experience managing client’s email and business support emails
Experience managing social media sourcing, posting and scheduling ( FB, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube)FB, Twitter, Instagram, Linked-In )
Experience in CRM and Customer Support applications
Experience in Wordpress, (Big Plus)
Strong attention to detail
