INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – JOB DESCRIPTION

Inside sales reps play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The ideal candidate must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Primary Responsibilities

* Research prospective clients using a variety of strategies including internet research, trade show lists, referrals, professional directories (e.g., LinkedIn), and personal investigation

* Identify key players, generate interest, and build pipeline

* Enter & track customer data in Zoho or equivalent CRM, including names, titles, phone numbers, addresses, and various other information

* Maintain and expand a database of prospects within the assigned vertical

* Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails

* Educate prospective clients about the translation process, including turnaround times and competitor information

* Research and understand all industries that A+ sells to, including industry leaders, current events, and any other pertinent data

* Understand A+’s unique selling points and advantages

* Understand customer needs and requirements

* Creatively problem solve to improve current new business development strategy

* Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

* Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

Requirements

* Proven inside sales experience & track record of exceeding quota

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills

* Strong phone presence with superior listening skills

* Experience working with Zoho or similar CRM

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

* BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred

Base + commission
