Evaluator – Content manager for ESL English School

Company Overview:
Our company provides online English lessons between American/British teachers and students from around the world. In 2012, we organized up to 100,000 private lessons.

We are currently working on a new service that will help to grow significantly our network of partners and representatives. We are looking for versatile people to hold the positions of English Evaluator, Curriculum Builder, and Online Researcher. We offer long-term opportunities with a serious potential for growth.

Daily task list:
- You will be responsible for the “Evaluators’ board” for a shift of 8 hours a day (12 hours during the weekend). This responsibility consists of contacting the students who applied for a free evaluation. After each evaluation, you will be tasked with registering the students and writing a short report (only 5 lines of text). Please note that we provide a fully automatized software for performing these tasks. To perform this task properly, you must be fluent in writing and speaking.
- During this time period, you will be responsible for uploading ESL content and exercises to our online database of lessons. Our system works similar to MS Words. You will not have to create that content; it only requires the copying and pasting of information from the content that we provide to you. The content will be provided to you in different forms (pdf, docx, online etc). We expect you to upload 10 pages of material per shift.
- Each week, you will be required to contribute 10 entries to our database of potential partners. This is simple Internet research on people in the same industry as us.

Compensation;
You can expect around $500 per month in average (20,500PHP / month) depending on the bonuses.
- $300/month as a fix based salary.
- There is a Bonus of $2 per evaluation (+/- 10 minutes).
- An additional bonus of $6 if the evaluation is confirmed.
- You can expect an extra $200-$300 per month in bonuses.
