Require SUPERSTAR Wordpress Expert to help build two websites

I require an exceptional candidate that knows how to build a new word press website from the very beginning. I have several websites that I like the look and theme of to help give this potential expert an idea of what I'd like it to look like. Good english is a must.

To be successful in this job I will require assistance building the website and making it really functional and attractive the end user. Would need to see previous completed websites to see skills.
