Looking for a T-Shirt Designer

Hello there, we as a company are looking for motivated and engaged Shirt-Designers. We need Designs for individuals and for this time period. Designs that fit well into the summer. It has to be creative colorful and easy to be implemented into Print on Demand Services such as spreadshirt, Shirtee or redbubble. We want you to be creative and therefore you will get time for the whole month.
We will provide you with more information as we agree to work together. To start off we want to get 65 Designs and are willing to pay 100 $. If the designs turn out good we will continue to work together and scale up the business.

Whats your most creative niche/ what kind of designs do you like to work on the most ?
What kind of designs do you dislike to work on ? Please be honest as we don't want you to work on a design topic you don't like ?
Please provide us with some samples of your work.

IMPORTANT!: Every Design will be checked with a plagiate algorithm and control system. So if you are just copying you won't get paid (off course)
