Talented T-Shirt Designer needed

Hello,

I am seeking a talented graphic designer to work with me to create several hundred T-Shirt designs over the next year+. You must be an excellent communicator, an expert with fonts / typography, and able to produce original ideas with minimal guidance.

The right individual must be able to come up with attractive designs with only a small amount of input from me. You must be detailed oriented and very reliable. Designs will cover a wide range of niches so you must be flexible in your design capabilities and styles. You must be able to do distressed and vintage styles and be a maser of font work.

It is also mandatory that your designs are 100% original. They may take inspiration from existing designs but must not be a copy in any way.

$3 per design. This is not an hourly job. I will pay you $3 per design.

2 - 3 designs per day.

Please send me at least 5 samples of your T-SHIRT design work.

Needed Skills:

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Affinity, or Inkscape.

Excellent communication skills. Majority of communication will be through Skype and Google Sheets.

Must be familiar with Google Sheets for simple adds/edits to a spreadsheet. I will be entering all of my design ideas into a shared Google spreadsheet. You will be required to edit the spreadsheet to add comments, status, and revision information.

Must be familiar with Google Drive. You will be required to upload your source files and also a .PNG file of the design into a shared folder in Google Drive.

Must follow Merch by Amazon requirements. I will provide the details.

I will require links to any artwork used to make sure that the artwork used in the designs is available to use for commercial use.
