Full Time Wordpress Developer Required

We are in need of a full time wordpress developer, capable of PSD to Wordpress builds from scratch.

We run a completely remote team, and you can work in normal Philippines office hours (9-5, monday to Friday)

We pay 13th Month, as well as penalty rates (150% of hourly rate) for over time when needed (though you are never forced to)

We really need someone who will be with us long ---------- t looking for anyone who is freelancing on the side, or only looking for temporary or part time work.

After the first trial month (which is paid at $400 USD ) we will conduct a performance appraisal and see if your salary should be increased, based upon your skill and work ethic shown. We then perform an appraisal and salary renegotiation every 6 months for your time spent with the agency.

40 hours per week is the expectation

The application process is 3 steps, first step is a coding test (if you have applied previously, we will have your test on file), the second step is a questions document about some wordpress specific features, and the third step is an interview with the company CEO.
