Mid - Senior Front-end Developer

Programming

•Translate UI/UX design files into a clean, efficient, responsive front end using best practices
• Develop new user-facing features and support existing features
• Review the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and collaborate with team members to produce the best result
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

Teamwork
• A great facilitator and team player
• Helping to shape the solution together with other team members

Essential

Excellent knowledge of:
• HTML and CSS3
• Client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks including jQuery
• Project management software such as JIRA and confluence
• Server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS

Experience in:
• Single page application frameworks such as AngularJS and ReactJS
• Asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Cross-browser testing, compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Code versioning software, Github and Bitbucket

Responsive design concepts and common responsive frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation) Familiarity with image authoring software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image.

Desirable
• SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them
• Native mobile languages Android, iOS
