Podcast Audio Manager

The ideal candidate will be capable to:
- Edit raw audio for podcasts to remove typical unwanted sounds such as "Ums" and "Ahs" and awkward pauses.
- Join multiple tracks, add Intro and Outro music and voice overs, and advertisements (when ads are required).
- Produce final edited mp3 files and upload to required file server.
- Have expertise in audio editing software is required, such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar software.
- IMPORTANT: Know how to manage other audio editors and problem-solve, troubleshoot for when issues arise.
- Previous experience in team management would be preferable.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in the english language, and have good knowledge of how to edit audio recordings to produce the best quality audio by applying filters, transitions, and adjusting levels of multiple audio tracks.
