Position: Email Marketing Specialist

THE “WHY” BEHIND THE POSITION

The Email Marketing Specialist will assist in growing our email marketing footprint for the outbound side of our business. As we continue to grow this team, we’re looking for someone to aid our email marketing efforts and identify ways to optimize campaign performance.


YOUR DAY TO DAY AT TA:

-Set up and run 100+ email marketing campaigns per month
-Build and constantly improve email marketing campaign strategy
-Add innovation and creativity to email marketing campaigns
-Understand best practices for email marketing campaign execution
-Analyze and report on email campaign results, highlighting successes, trends, and opportunities
-Collaborate with the rest of the email marketing team to meet client goals and expectations
-Maintain formal process to update and share findings with the team

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

-Experience with email marketing list management with lists in the millions of records
-Understanding of lead generation
-Understanding of audience segmentation and targeting
-Experience with enterprise email deployment systems or marketing automation platforms

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
-1-3 years of email marketing experience
-Must be a self-starter
-Must be able to take direction and require little follow-up
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks to meet deadlines
-Superior attention to detail and organization
-Results driven with a strong sense of urgency
