Virtual assistant

I require VA to work within my team to do the marketing and generate leads for my property business in the UK. They will be required to use Podio and interflow software, there will be training for this.
What we are looking for is:
*English speaking essential
*Self motivated
*Reliable
*Team player

Property or real estate experience in the UK using Gumtree, text campaigns etc. Start buy only working 7-10 hours a week.
