JOB OVERVIEW

Looking to hire for initial interviewer position
You will be calling resumes for positions spending 5 minutes on the phone with someone initially. If the person is a right fit than an online application will be submitted from you with a time filled in for an initial interview with the the prospective employee that will have a set time scheduled on a Google calendar.

You will be provided 150 resumes daily to call expectation is a minimum of 40 people set daily for follow up interviews.

Requirements will be ability to talk english, use of the internet and headset to make calls.

Salary is dependent on skill level and we are open to giving bonuses on the amount of interviews scheduled as long as they show up for their phone interview.

(English paramount) please send a MP3 recording with the script under drive. I'm on a MAC and WMV files don't open

We would want to do a one day test and you will be given a script and phone training before calling.
