Bluetooth Python Software Development

I'm looking for an experienced python developer to create an application that can run on a raspberry pi v3. It will need to count and log all Bluetooth devices in range with a timestamp. This project is freelance but I will willing to hire you part-time for further Python development upon successful completion of this project.
