Digital Marketing Manager Role
Goals & Objectives
The Digital Marketing Manager is the beating heart of the core business at Albatross Digital Golf that allows us to stand out from the competition by generating proven results for our clients. Their primary objective is to work alongside the Account Manager and Founder with the responsibility to ensure clients campaigns are devised, implemented, and generating a quantifiable ROI throughout the term of our agreement with them.
Specifically, the goals for the DMM are to:
Accurately and efficiently devise new or replicate existing successful campaigns, implement and report back to the Account Manager and Founder on results.
Ensure the accurate reporting and clear communication of the financial health of each client ad campaign and stick to within budgets.
Structure and
Work with the founder to grow the digital marketing agency team within the company, recruit and manage new staff.
Success Measures
Take control and management of Albatross Digital Golf’s existing client’s digital marketing campaigns and improve on existing offering.
Create and implement a detailed systemised process from onboarding a new client to delivering monthly quantifiable results.
Create client worksheets, devise campaign strategies, build, test, launch, optimise and monitor client campaigns per month.
Ensure client satisfaction with accurate monthly reporting on campaign success and recommendations for new quarterly campaigns to achieve ongoing ROI positive results
Effectively manage and ensure content is sourced, managed and created for each existing and new client campaign.
Create educational guides, tutorials, processes and support for efficient and successful future staff recruitment.
The DMM, along with the founder, will collectively review these measures on a regular basis, and make additions, changes or adjustments as necessary. As the DMM grows in experience, s/he may be eligible to take on additional responsibilities, such as becoming a Team Lead / Head of Division.

Work Experience:
Significant marketing and communication experience, with strong digital marketing specialisation ideally with some years spent in a large B2C digital marketing agency business.
Demonstrated digital marketing strategic planning abilities.
Proven experience managing high impact and effective multi-channel digital campaigns
Paid advertising experience including

Demonstrated knowledge and experience managing paid social media tactics on
Experience and knowledge of analytics, understanding of digital KPIs and campaign optimization based on data driven insights
Joint Accountabilities and Terms
The successful candidate for the DMM role will be initially engaged as for a probationary period of 3-6 months.
During this time, Albatross Digital Golf founder will train the DMM on our methods, tools and practices. That said, all of our team members are professionals; as such, we do not specify how, when, or where the work is to be done -- simply that the above results are being accomplished, in accordance with our standard operating procedures.
This is by design. We pride ourselves on working with self-directed, self-managing individuals who are dedicated to client success. In support of that, we will endeavor to provide the successful candidate with as much information and support as is necessary to allow him/her to do his/her best work.
After the probationary period has been completed, Albatross Digital Golf and the successful candidate will make a joint evaluation of this agreement and mutually determine if it will continue as stated, if any changes are required, or if it should be terminated (with or without a replacement being put in place).
The job role is full time and salary range dependant on experience. We are looking for staff who have ambitions to grow with the business and will be rewarded handsomely for their skills and experience.
