Part Time Virtual Assistant needed for Architecture Education Business

I am looking for a part time virtual assistant to perform the following roles;

***MUST have experience working inside WORDPRESS mainly for creating new posts, saving for drafts review, publishing new posts, assigning categories, etc. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE***

- checking email inbox, verifying users purchased product, and setting up online account for users. this will require daily routine, won't take more than 5-10 minutes per day initially, but must be done daily to check for new user requests. as business grows, it will take longer.

- copying and pasting database info from excel to online exam simulator database

- writing summary articles from audio podcast episodes (show notes) and posting in wordpress as Draft for my final review. this will require you to listen to podcast episodes, about 4 per month each about 30 minutes each, delivered on a mostly weekly basis.

- tagging podcast episodes, uploading to server, and completing blog post (per above) in wordpress as Draft for my final review.

- creating blog posts in wordpress for videos and embedding my uploaded youtube videos into post, writing summary of video.

Qualifications;

Proficient in writing in English
Proficient in posting blog posts in Wordpress
Experienced VAs with reference only please
Must be able to communicate with me via email and skype
Organized and able to follow routines

Start;

I'm getting ready to launch second business in about a month but would start you on doing some work with existing business, a couple of hours a week. This would allow you too get used to the system I have in place and I will be recording sceencasts to help you. When new business launches and is up and running, it will be more hours. This is for a long term position.

Time/Hours;

Initially it will be a couple hours a week. After a couple of months, it may increase to about 5-10 hours per week, or 20-40 hours per month.
