Hardworking Designer and Illustrator

Looking for a hard working graphic designer to work with me in a print-on-demand business.

Qualifications:
- Great at typography and illustration.
- Hard working. Has to upload at least 5 high quality T-Shirt Designs a day, 5 days a week.
- Good English comprehension. Good enough to understand my instructions and communicate with me.
- Has examples of designs.

Wage/Salary:
- 50% of profits. Can reach $10/day within few months. Can go higher than $500/month after a year. Show me what you can do, then we can talk about it.
