Full Time Amazon SEO Assistant at a rapidly growing company

We are a successful and growing toys and stationary company looking for an assistant to help with Amazon SEO and operations in the following Amazon marketplaces – USA, Canada, UK, EU x 4, and Japan.

We are looking for driven and intelligent person to fill the FULL TIME role of Amazon SEO & Optimization Assistant in our company. This role would be 8 hours per day, 5 days per week during regular Filipino office hours. Filipino statutory holidays would be granted. This role is currently vacant and you would start immediately after winning the job.

You will report to our Head of Ecommerce Operations and perform the following tasks:

1. Amazon account monitoring – Daily / Weekly / Monthly check on:
a. Changes to listings, Changes to account settings
b. Performance alerts & warnings
c. Negative product and seller reviews
d. Ad & marketing spend
e. Inventory levels
f. Indexing of important keywords and phrases
g. Keyword ranking and trends for important keywords and phrases

2. Amazon listing optimization:
a. Suggest changes to title, bullets, description based on data analysis
b. Suggest keywords to target based on PPC search term reports / AMS / Other sources
c. Testing of listing changes
d. Manage prices, sale prices and sales dates

3. Competitor Monitoring:
a. Create competitor list by SKU and keep updated. Report back on new market entry and status change by competitor if any

4. PPC (Sponsored Products) / AMS operation & optimization:
a. Suggest new campaigns, keywords & keyword types, bids, budgets etc
b. Optimize by adding negative keywords, changing bids, pausing keywords etc

5. Daily Work Report:
a. Daily feedback on tasks accomplished, still in the queue, things that management should take note of etc

Requirements:
1. Experience with Amazon Seller Central in a private label company is preferred but not absolutely required. Attention to detail and ability to manage data within Excel is a must.
