SKILLS REQUIRED FOR YOUR SUCCESS:

• Call Center sales and/or customer service experience required
• Effective communication skills
• Proven ability to build customer relationships via telephone
• Sales closing skills

• Excellent English skills
• Skills in languages other than English are a plus
• Ability in multi-tasking
• Strong Computer and Phone skills
• High energy infectious personality with the ability to inspire others to action.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Home workplace (Computer and highspeed Internet connection)

• Contacting and communicating with customers to identify service needs
• Making a high volume amount of outbound calls
• Give service and pricing information when requested
• Provide information on services
• Answering inbound calls
