YOU ARE:
- You have some experience in managing eCommerce stores like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or WooCommerce.
- Extremely organized. People see your desk and always coment “Wow, you’re really clean.”
- Great problem-solving skills, e.g. if a customer has a issue you can proactively solve the issues.
- A great English speaker and writer. Did you notice the 5 spelling/grammar mistakes in this article?
- Attention to detail and work independently. You see yourself as a perfectionist and you can’t leave tasks 80% done – you get great satisfaction in completing tasks.
- Have a “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn

REQUIREMENTS:
- Be able to speak fluent English (we will have a mandatory video call)
- Experience working as a VA for an eCommerce company
- Familiar with Gmail, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel
- Digital Marketing skills & experience
- Available 20 hours a weak (possibility to move to full-time in the future)
- Available to offer support 5 days a week (possibility of support of no more than 60 minutes at the weekend)
- Fast and reliable internet connection

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS (not mandatory):
- Asana or other task management tool like BaseCamp, Trello
- Amazon Seller Central
- Basic image editing in on tools like Canva / Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator
- Familiar with WordPress / Woo-commerce
- Keyword Research
