Full time reservation person for a busy lounge and bar

Key responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls in a friendly and efficient manner.
Answering general questions about the lounge and bar.
Taking and imputing reservations.

Training:
We will train you
-How to answer questions.
-Input reservations
-Handle customer complaints

Shifts availability:
Monday-Friday 10am-6pm Eastern Standard Time

Wednesday-Sunday 5pm-1am Eastern Standard Time.

Qualifications:
English Speaking skills
English basic writing skills
Windows 7 computer (not 10)
Reliable internet

Training pay will be $325 USD paid weekly via paypal for the first 4 weeks
Then it will be raised to $400 USD paid weekly.
