PHP, MySQL, JQuery, AJAX, developer

I'm looking for a web developer with the following qualities:
- PHP Knowledge - Object Oriented, Namespaces, APIs, AJAX handlers
- MySQL Knowledge - understanding of how to write *efficient* queries
- Javascript - Understanding of JQuery, AJAX, etc. Bootstrap is a plus.
- Super Friendly - we run a friendly business
- English - understands English at a high enough level that instructions are well understood, and any problems can be relayed back to me.
