JOB OVERVIEW

The job will include in and out-bound calls to set up appointments, take messages, screen calls, etc. Emailing out notices to databases, executing an email newsletter every month. Making reservations and reminding clients of meetings and other typical tasks of a V/A.

On the marketing side the job will include phoning associates and members of sales teams to confirm progress; to motivate and monitor; and to offer sales and marketing support. Also, blogging, and other web-based activities to generate web traffic for a number of websites.

Over-seeing marketing projects and keeping the involved parties on track with tasks to be completed and timelines.
