We are looking for a virtual assistant with excellent English skills to join our dynamic and growing marketing company.
Role would involve:
1. Basic HTML coding - applicant must have coding tool
2. Basic image editing and HTML document creation
3. Creating and updating Wordpress websites
4. Writing and/or editing articles and blog posts
5. Tracking of sales / data entry
6. Additional tasks as required
Preferred candidate would have/be:
1. High attention to detail
2. Available to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
3. Excellent organizational skills
4. Be creative and have a passion for learning
5. Basic graphic editing skills - ability to crop and resize photos
6. Excellent time management skills - ability to meet deadlines
7. Motivated, self-starter, efficient, friendly , responsible
8. Own your own computer and high speed internet connection
9. Good Skype video conference connection
10.Dedicated and loyal
We offer:
1. Internet marketing training
2. 10,000 PHP for the first 3 months and then salary dependent on performance
3. 13th month payment
4. 1 paid holiday per month
This is a full-time position and requires daily contact and check-in and a weekly call on Skype.
You will be required to be extremely well-organized and submit a daily email of tasks completed.
We are a California US-based company, which means that you are able to work normal Philippines office hours, as we are 15 hours behind you. We have a friendly and creative virtual team, with lots of interesting work for a dedicated worker.
