This role is for an Australian headquartered provider of live chat services.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit chat interactions and provide appropriate feedback to the agents
Review and submission of leads which are generated during the chats

This position requires the ability to gain the confidence and trust of others by demonstrating professionalism and expertise in an ever-changing environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The candidate must have exceptional reading and analytical skills and attention to details. The candidate MUST have a good command of the English language.
Knowledge of:
Campaign products and/or services being offered and chat applications.
Proficiency with MS Office Applications; Word and Excel; PowerPoint, Outlook, MindMUP, and other applicable campaign programs.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 year’s experience in chat monitoring/QA role for international business, ideally Australian or American
