We are a growing virtual practice and nutrition blog, with the mission to empower people with knowledge to reclaim their health and well-being, while saving the planet along the way! Our company has quickly grown to six figures and we are now looking for a key player to grow with us as we create new products and expand to 7 figures.

This position might be a good fit for you if:

Tech-savy. You do not need to be a pro at all the platforms we use, but need to be confident that you can pick up new software and apps quickly. Social media channel growing will be a big part of this position. You should be able to troubleshoot basic tech issues and be comfortable with WP.
Problem-solver - You love solving problems and puzzles, and enjoy teaching yourself new skills. You don't get freaked out when faced with a task you don't quite understand. In fact, you love to learn new things! (This skill is critical for this position)
Social Media Marketing nerd- You get giddy over the idea of growing an account form 30K fans to 100k. You love staying on top of the latest algorithms as wells as image and color trends!
Great writing skills- You’re comfortable developing basic copy for a number of different mediums, including e-mails, blogs, social-media posts, etc.
High integrity - Friends and family would describe you as: upbeat, hardworking, honest to a fault, and 10,000% reliable. Missing a deadline is not in your vocabulary.
Organized is your middle name - You can multitask, prioritize, and juggle multiple components of a project with ease. You love color-coded calendar!
It’s a plus if:

You have a great eye for design-It’s helpful if you have an eye for design as you may be asked to make an attractive powerpoint slides or beautify the instagram feed.
Great attention to detail - We value high quality and brand quality. Vivica, is a visionary who loves helping people, but doesn’t love the details. She needs your watchful eye to ensure our brand is on-point.
Have previous experience as a VA- Can be a great bonus but not necessary if you are an incredible problem solver and tech-whiz and pick up the skills quickly!
Responsibilities

This job will ask you for great organization skills but also for the flexibility to step into different roles as needed. Every day will be a bit different but here are some of the consistent tasks:

Assist in planning and executing daily content from editorial calendar on Facebook, Instagram Pinterest and You tube
Helping write and review Weekly newsletter plus organize campaigns in Aweber.
Creating copy for own branded photos and videos across Facebook, Instagram and other platoforms.
Updating the WP site and tech troubleshooting.
Helping with the creation and updating of new courses to Kajabi, the course platform.
Help with creating marketing strategies
You will not love this job if….

You’re a starter not a finisher -You love starting projects but often find that deadlines are more of loose suggestions to you. And you don’t get uncomfortable when tasks are left undone.
You’re a creative visionary -You’re more of a “big picture” and highly-talented creative genius than a detailed oriented task accomplisher!
You’re an extrovert -If you get very lonely when you’re not working with people, this job won’t make you happy because while you’ll talk to Vivica often, you’ll also spend a ton of time working alone.
You need full time hours-This is ideal for someone who already has other clients or other sources of income as the hours will be part-time.
You can’t work in Pacific Standard Time -The hours are flexible, but often we’ll work together on projects and schedules for PST. Also as Vivica’s schedule is busy and different every day, you need to be flexible with the hours.
You are frequently late. Deadlines make you anxious.Time-management is something you struggle with.
TERMS

This is a remote contractor position.

Hours are flexible - We can determine this together as we create the scope of the project. My estimate is that it will take anywhere from 10 - 20 hours a week; potentially more.
