Job Description

Recently we've gotten a number of requests from our clients in the blockchain space to help represent them on social media, chat channels and in online forums. We cannot do this work from our headquarters in Korea due to the lack of sufficient English speakers, so we need help from you, a professional community manager, based in the Phillipines.

This is a full-time role with a minimum of three months.

Daily activities

General:

- Use style guide, key messages, talking points, dos and don'ts docs and other guidelines provided by account manager to communicate professionally across multiple channels
- Participate in daily check-in call with account manager to make sure everything is on track and confirm priorities.
- Prepare weekly report on key conversations and trends

Channel Specific:

Reddit
- Post relevant news in [CLIENT] sub-reddit and respond to questions or comments
- Monitor for chatter about [CLIENT] in other sub-reddits and respond as appropriate
- Work to spark conversations in [CLIENT] sub-reddit with daily or weekly discussion threads, etc.
- Host and facilitate AMAs with CEO and other key execs in [CLIENT] sub-reddit
- Identify and recruit potential evangelists who can act as independent, third-party representatives for [CLIENT]

BitcoinTalk
- Post relevant news in [CLIENT] discussion threads and respond to questions or comments
- Monitor for chatter about [CLIENT] in other discussion threads and respond as appropriate
- Work to spark conversations about [CLIENT] with daily or weekly discussion threads, etc.


Facebook
(approx. 1 hr/day)
- Quickly respond to comments on official [CLIENT] Facebook page
- (G3 account team to handle main content creation and posting)


Twitter

- Quickly respond ---------- to official [CLIENT] Twitter account
- Monitor Twitter for chatter about [CLIENT] and respond as appropriate
- (G3 account team to handle main content creation)

Telegram
- Post relevant news in [CLIENT] Telegram group or channel and respond to questions or comments
- Monitor for scammers and police the group as necessary

Reporting to

You will be working directly for G3 Partners and reporting to our account mangers. You may be asked to participate in conference calls with the client as well, but these will also always be attended by a G3 Partners account manager.


Nice to Have

• Experience as community manager
• Knowledge of blockchain and token sales
• Excellent written English, but the ability to sound like a human, rather than a scripted robot. We’re looking for someone whose personality shows
