Commission Sales agent with Base Salary after first sale

We are a fast growing company based on Business consulting and Digital Marketing Services. We are located in London and Shanghai. We are looking for a commission sales agent capable of closing business opportunities.
The Sales agent will be responsible for researching, analyzing, identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities of specified size and value over the phone.
Our agency specializes in SEO & LEAD GENERATION STRATEGY, CONTENT & ANALYTICS STRATEGY, & WEB DEVELOPMENT.

We expect our candidates to have the following skills:
*Be Fluent in English
*Perform a high volume of outbound cold calling
*Generate and qualify leads and close deals
*Be Perseverant
*Experienced in sales (3 years minimum)

We encourage a minimum experience of 3 years in sales.
