JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I'm an experienced B2B salesperson with a flexible but demanding day job that pays pretty well if I work hard and keep cranking out the cold calls. I've built a team of 3 sales professionals here in VA and we are pushing aggressively into Real Estate Investment with the intent to find our own deals that we can finance and add to the portfolio. I need YOU to bring your experience having worked in the real estate wholesaling business to help us build out a robust and scaleable infrastructure that leverages your ability to develop and cultivate leads as well as my local team's ability to close sellers and and secure financing. We are extremely good at what we do and I know YOU have the experience to join our team and shorten the learning/growth curve. We can build a compensation structure that rewards you for rapid refinement and deployment of our resources and strategies. We have our existing ideas of what resources/systems we intend to use but want to hear your experience/suggestions with communications, CRM, web advertising, cold calling, lead handling processes and more. We'd like to give you an early leading role in our business with you covering most of the front end work initially. We'll also seek your advice on hiring and tasking a back end employee. Within a few months we will plan to expand the front end team with the expectation that you can take on a team lead role running most lead generation and hand-off processes.

In applying, please address:

1 - Please tell us a little about your experience in this biz - systems you've used, roles you've played, growth you've seen, successes, failures, etc.

2 - What are your goals? What career ambitions do you have and how do you think we might be able to help you achieve them?

3 - What training or process resources might you have previously used that you think would be helpful in setting up robust systems?
